Sorting chicken breasts, filling and lifting crates, sticking the labels on the boxes.
Production line, depending on the work, can have 2 or 3 final stations. At the end of the station the chicken breasts are packed for the supermarkets. Chicken breast are packed in the styrofoam trays, trays are foiled and they stick the label.
Packed trays are put in the crates, crates on the pallets.
On the other end of the production line you pack chicken fillets in the bulk. Packed crates are placed on pallets. Pallets are always picked by distribution workers.
The company produces and markets poultry meat and meal concepts. They supply to the top end of the food and snacks industry worldwide but their chicken products can be found primarily in the Dutch, German, Belgian food retail sector. By continuously investing in knowledge and innovation they go to great lengths to produce healthy, responsible and above all delicious products.
Priority is: hygienic, quality and safety.
In those department they process daily 170 to 180 thousands chicken.
